Our services are subject to availability and are tailored based on client requirements, the scope of work, and project specifications. 3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to the project. Failure to provide such information may delay project timelines, and SFS Realities will not be held responsible for such delays. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that all necessary approvals, permits, and authorizations required for the development or redevelopment are in place unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Project Timelines

While SFS Realities aims to complete all projects within the agreed timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, regulatory approvals, or supply chain issues may cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate with clients promptly and adjust the project schedule as necessary. Delays caused by third parties or external factors will not be considered a breach of the terms.

5. Payments

All payments related to services, including development and redevelopment projects, will be outlined in the project agreement or contract. Payments must be made as per the schedule agreed upon by both parties. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination of services. Additional costs incurred due to changes requested by the client during the project will be billed accordingly.

6. Property Development & Ownership

Upon completion of the project, ownership of the property will be transferred to the client in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and legal procedures. SFS Realities retains the right to feature completed projects in promotional materials unless otherwise specified by the client.

7. Liability

SFS Realities takes every precaution to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in all projects. However, we will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services. Our liability will be limited to the value of the contract or agreement with the client.

8. Force Majeure

SFS Realities will not be held liable for delays or failures to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, both parties will agree on a revised timeline or any necessary adjustments.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all client information and project details. Personal and project-related data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or agreed upon by the client.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

SFS Realities, Developers & Builders reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications indicate acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
