Due to the nature of real estate development and associated services, once a project has commenced or agreements have been finalized, refund requests are typically not entertained. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we aim to resolve any concerns in a fair and amicable manner.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Advance Payments: If you have made an advance payment for a consultation or pre-development service and wish to cancel the service before any substantial work has been initiated, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of the process and the resources allocated.
Service Not Rendered: In the event that a service you have paid for is not delivered as per the agreed terms, and no substantial progress has been made on the project, we will review the situation to determine eligibility for a refund.
Mutual Agreement: If, due to circumstances beyond control (such as regulatory changes or project feasibility issues), both parties agree to discontinue the project, a refund may be negotiated based on the amount of work completed and the resources already invested.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Change of Mind: Once a project or service has commenced, a change of mind or preference by the client does not qualify for a refund. This includes any modifications to the project scope after the initial agreement.
Completion of Services: If the project or service has been fully delivered as per the agreed-upon terms and specifications, no refunds will be provided.
Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by third-party vendors, contractors, or service providers engaged on behalf of the client (such as materials, permits, or outsourced work) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, the following steps must be followed:

Request Submission: Please submit your refund request in writing, along with any relevant documentation or explanation, to our official email or postal address. The request must include your name, contact details, project details, and the reason for the refund request.
Review: Upon receiving your request, our team will conduct a thorough review to assess the validity of the claim and determine whether it meets the criteria for a refund.
Resolution: We aim to resolve all refund requests within 15 business days. If approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the stage of the project and the resources already utilized.
Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a disagreement regarding the refund request, we are committed to resolving the issue amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings as per the terms of the service agreement.
