Terms & Conditions for Maintenance
Post-handover maintenance services are available for a defined period based on the specific terms outlined in the agreement. After this initial period, extended maintenance contracts can be negotiated, ensuring that the property continues to receive expert care.
Limited Responsibilities Post-Handover
After the completion and handover of the project, SFS Realities maintains limited responsibilities for the property. We remain accountable for issues directly related to construction defects within a stipulated period (typically one year, subject to the agreement) but do not cover damages caused by improper use or lack of regular upkeep. Clients are provided with a detailed manual outlining their responsibilities for ongoing property care.
Wear and Tear Coverage
General wear and tear due to normal usage are expected, and our team will offer support to address any issues that fall under standard wear and tear coverage during the agreed maintenance period. This includes checks on roofing, foundation, and internal fittings to ensure everything remains in optimal condition.
Legal and Warranty Support
We offer legal support for addressing any concerns related to warranties or disputes post-completion. Our warranty covers construction defects within a defined period, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.
Post-Completion Customer Support
